A total of number of 95 babies have been delivered at the just concluded 72nd Annual Convention of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, (RCCG)
This was announced by the church’s General Overseer, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, during the Sunday Thanksgiving Service of Annual Convention held at Redemption City, Mowe, Ogun State.
The RCCG began its annual August convention on Monday, 5th August 2024, and ended Sunday, 11th August.
Thousands of worshippers joined the programme, as both old and new arenas were filled, with several overflows.
Adeboye, announcing the number of births on Sunday morning, noted that, as at Sunday this morning, the number of newborns had reached 95, with 61 boys and 34 girls.
He also noted that three sets of twins were part of the number.
“Once again, let the boys shout ‘Praise the Lord!’ and let the girls shout ‘Halleluyah!’
It has become a regular pattern of the convention for the General Overseer to announce the number of births before his sermons.
The theme for the next annual convention according to Pastor Adebiye is ‘Overcomers’.
