In a modest ceremony held inside the Living Faith Church Area zone 3 aka Winners chapel bear his Ota residence, friends and well wishers all came out to celebrate a man whose life is full of Exploits and remarkable feats that touches life and greatly impacted those in his journalism profession.
As Pastor Isaac Babatunde of the Living Faith Church remarked, Lekans Birthday is a day for giving thanks for his Special grace upon his Life of helping people of all hue.
This rare attribute he remarked, has been his hallmark as testified by family and friends.
To give thanks at 60,he enthused is fulfiling Message of Psalm 103:4.
What else can we say about this gentleman but to thank God for a life of Service both as a thorough bred professional who has not only made the Newsroom his first Love; mentoring younger folks his pre-occupation but as a true Christain using his pen to share the Word and propagate the gospel of Christ local and globally.
A life of all round Service to God and humanity.
Yet,there is glory in Thanskgiving for his Mercy to do exploits as Newshound, Editor,Teacher, Mentor and an unrelenting and reliable Soldier of Christ.
In all it could only be God.
I pray for Gods grace of abundant health,divine blessings and anointing to do more Exploits in the land of the Living.
