Human rights lawyer and activist,Femi Falana,SAN,has written the Chief Coroner of Lagos High Court asking him to conduct an inquiry into the death of IleriOluwa Aloba popularly known as Mohbad.
According to the letter,signed by Kemi Falana on behalf of Falana and Falana chambers,the activist said conducting such an inquest has become necessary in view of the circumstances sorrounding his death.
The letter dated Monday September 18, said in view of the fact that the late musician showed no signs of illness and performed at a function necessitates the need for the inquest.
It will be recalled that the death of the young musician has generated controversy as his fans,family and friends suspected foul play leading to his death last Tuesday.
