Akinola goes home at 93
The Akinola-Ogidan Dynasty of Ijoka, Ilesa has announced the transmission of their Matriarch, Mrs. Beatrice Modupe Akinola, aged 93.
Mrs Akinola, wife of late Venerable Festus Akinyele Akinola, was a retired educator and community leader whose services to humanity traversed several parts of Nigeria.
She is survived by children, among who are Mrs Olajumoke Akinkoye, Dr. Charles Akindiji Akinola, Olori Olanike Ogunleye and Chief Akingbola Akinola SAN, with several grand and great grandchildren.
A statement issued by Chief Akingbola Akinola SAN on behalf of the family said burial arrangement is on going with a date to be announced later.
