President of the Senate, Godswil Akpabio, sitting as Chair, today presided over the screening of the second batch of ministerial nominees sent to the Senate by President Bola Tinubu.

The Senate also received a correspondence from the President, informing it of the President’s decision to withdraw the nomination of Dr. Maryam Shetty for Dr. Mariya Mahmoud.
Former Minister of State Labour and Productivity, Festus Keyamo SAN, also made the list.
