If the list of the names pubished by TheWill, an online platform, as that of those to be named as the senior special assistants of President Bola Tinubu is anything to be believed, then the names that stand out like a sore thumb is that of the owner of defunct teresstial/cable TV, HiTV, Mr. Toyin Subair, Mr. Temitope Carter Ajayi and Alhaji Tunde Rahaman.
TS as he is fondly called is on number fifth on the list as published by The Will.
Subair first came to the peoples consciousness when he worked closely with Mr. Ben Murray-Bruce in his days as the Director-General of Nigerian Television (NTA) when the station bought the controversial Outside Broadcast Vans (OB) vans for the coverage of COJA held in Abuja.
After that experience, Subair who is a law graduate of Lagos State University, LASU, established HiTV that gave DsTV a run for its money when it lasted.
He re-located to London when the cable TV venture ended and remaind and had since remained a good buddy of Asiwaju, who is now the president; their relationship is another story for another if his appointment comes true later this week.
