The Presidential Campaign Council,PCC of the All People Congress,APC has petitioned the Nigerian Broadcasting Commission,NBC over alleged breached of broadcasting code by the Channels Television in it’s Politics Today interview with vice Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Senator Baba Datti-Ahmed.
The APC contended that during the interview anchored by b Seun Okinbaloye, Dr Datti-Ahmed made what it described as a fallacious claim and a breach of section 14.01 of the broadcasting code.

According to the APC,Dr Datti -Ahmed made a false claim that the LP won the Presidential.election which it said has no fact to back it up thereby contravening section 14 of the code .
