One of the leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta state,Hon Cairo Ojuogbo has described his alleged expulsion from the party as am instance of frustration by Deputy Senate President, Omo-Agege
In a statement signed by his media aide,Emmanuel Ojeme,he described his expulsion as “kangaroo expulsion,” Said he,”that is Omo-Agege’s way,” his escapade is well documented in the National Assembly over what happened to Maze in the Senate.
Ojougboh noted that since Omo-Agege lost his governorship bid, he has been running from pillar to post because of his frustration.
He said the APC made a mistake by given the governorship ticket to Omo-Agege, a citizen of America, adding that such action led to why the APC lost the election in Delta state.
He cited Section 182 (1) (a) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to butteress his point.
Ojougboh urged members of the party to ignore the emperor of Orogun, adding that the Deputy President of the Senate is confused and frustrated.

Ojougboh further said that Omo-Agege action amounts to a “social media expulsion that doesn’t need a reply”, but dead on arrival, urging his supporters to go about their normal business and ignore the frustration of the Deputy President of the Senate.
Ojougboh, who said that the intension of Omo-Agege is to cow members in the state and make them his stooge, added that Omo-Agege’s action during the governorship election in Delta where some electoral officers were held hostage, didn’t conform with the position of a number seven citizen in the country.
He said that the way Omo-Agege manage the party in Delta state was why APC lost the governorship election in the state, adding that the Deputy President of the Senate was highanded.
“The issue he has with me is because I speak the truth. At my age I will not be afraid to speak the truth. The tickets for senatorial, House of Representatives and governorship was bought by Omo-Agege and he gave it to whoever he wanted.
“The way he handled the affairs of the party in the state left much to be desired. His attitude is unbecoming of somebody who is holding the position of the Deputy President of the Senate.
“It is unfortunate that Igbe ‘Igbe Worshipper’ is trying to cow all of us. He can’t cow me, I am too big for that.”
Ojougboh drew the attention of Nigerians to the news report by a militant group, Delta Strike Force, demanding the withdrawal of pipeline surveillance contract from Omo-Agege.
The militant group in Delta state under the aegis of Delta Strike Force, had said the pipeline surveillance contract allegedly awarded to Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, Nigeria’s deputy senate president and the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta state should be withdrawn and given to agitators in the state.
Ojougboh said that the agitation of the militant group shown the kind of person Omo-Agege is, adding that he’s not an harbinger of good news.
