Contrary to the Press Release issued by the Lagos State Govt. announcing BRT Bus Fare return to 100% with effect from Saturday 1st April, report says as at today 29th March, BRT Bus Fare has returned back to 100% rate.
Speaking with some of the commuters who boarded BRT buses today from Abule/Egba to Oshodi, this was confirmed.
“I boarded BRT Bus from Abule Egba to Oshodi today and I’m surprised that the fare has returned back to 100% rate. Unlike in the past when it was N200 from Abule Egba to Oshodi, it is now N400 as at today” said Mr Sunday Emmanuel a Public Servant.
Report has it that the long queues which used to be at the bus terminals has also disappeared
