As the momentum for the Governorship election gathers steam in Lagos,the Elegushi Kingdom,in the Eti Osa local government area of the state has declared a three days Oro festival beginning from the night of Wednesday 15 to Friday 17 March till the early hours of Saturday March 18,2023 few hours to the commencement of 2023 governorship elections.

The annual Oro Festival will hold in Ikate Elegushi Kingdom from 15th-17th March 2023.
In this vein, there will be restriction of movement in and around Ikate-Elegushi Kingdom from 12midnight to 5am each day (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).
Residents,passersby and visitors are strongly advised to remain indoors during this time.
The Elegushi-in-Council regrets any inconvenience this may have caused.
