* BVAS is mandatory

* No PVC, no voting

* Ban on use of mobile phones in voting cubicles still in place

* INEC is committed to credible polls.

*At the 2nd briefing on INEC’s preparedness for the 2023 polls held at the ICC, Abuja on 24th Feb, Hon Chairman, Prof M. Yakubu said:*

* Voting begins at 8.30am, ends at 2.30pm. All voters on queue before 2pm can vote

* IGP Usman Baba pledges adequate security

* ICPC, EFCC, Security Agencies to monitor election

* INEC suspends election in Enugu East Senatorial District, made up of 6 LGAs and 1630 PUs, following the death of Labour Party’s Candidate. The Election will now hold on 11th March 2023.
