NAPTIP meets to compile compendium on protocol against human trafficking

A cross-section of Anti-Human Trafficking Task Forces of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) in Nigeria, from different states in Nigeria, invited by the United Nations Office for Drugs and Crimes (UNODC) to compile a compendium of good services for the management of the protocol to prohibit human trafficking in Nigeria.

The three-day intensive workshop was a scheduled review of two previous Boot Camps held in Abuja and Lagos in May and September, 2022 respectively at where the activitues of all States Task Forces were examined, recorded and streamlined to enhance the effective management and implementation of government’s policies on the National malaise of human trafficking.

Oba Olufemi Ogunleye, Towulade Akinale, representing the Ogun State traditional institution in the State’s Task Force, was among key stakeholders invited for the national assignment.
