General Overseer of the Redeemed Christain Church of God,RCCG,has said that this year will be a year of wonders in the country.
In his sermon Sunday to mark the Thanksgiving day,he said that since wonders have both good and bad,Nigerians should pray earnestly to witness the good part of it.

Speaking further the enjoined Nigerians to celebrate themselves for seeing a new year adding that every Nigerian has every cause to thank God for surviving last year.
Quoting from the book of Psalms 108:1 and Psalm 34, he urged them to magnify the Lord all the time for his grace and benefits on their life.
Speaking further on his prophetic message to Nigerians he said that the new year could be likened to a situation when an old woman of 98 gives birth to a child and in contrary when A king becomes an animal adding,”this is part of the wonders of God.
On why he refused to give prophesy concerning events in the country,he likened his attitude to warnings by Ghanaian authority which banned all manner of prophesy adding an elderly man should use wisdom in all his ways.
