She first came to the political limelight of Bayelsa in the days of ex- governor Seriake Dickson who appointed her the Director – General of Bayelsa State Tourism Commission (BSTC).

Ebizi Ndiomu-Brown
AS the BSTC DG she was responsible for re-attracting so many events that opened Bayelsa up to the world of tourism; events like Africa Movie Academy Award (AMAA), which had held seven editions in the state before it re-located to Abuja following a security situation in 2008 arising out of election matter that led to the court nullification of Sylva’s election.
The security situation was not good as no one was really in charge and the award had to be moved to Abuja.
Next was the Bayelsa State International Jazz Festival that paraded the late Hugh Masekela, Femi Anikulapo-Kuti and others as headliners at its first edition. The festival held at the famous Gabriel Okaro Cultural Centre.
And as Bayelsian were wondering what next will she be up to, she pulled out another surprise from her hat; this time, a beauty pageant in collaboration with Ben Murray-Bruce’s Silverbird owners of Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) in 2018, which was won by 27 years old Anita Ukah who flew Imo State banner. All these combined to make the state a talking point when it comes to tourism.

And it was these achievements that the then governor of the state, Dickson saw and was impressed with that when he secured a second term tenure, Ndiomu-Brown was elevated to the post of a deputy chief of staff; and was on that post till 2019.
Her era turned Bayelsa State around positively so much so that the riverine state that is the home of oil discovery in Nigeria – Olobiri – became tourists destination so much that it was competing with Cross River State and it’s Christmas Festival.
Today, the same woman has thrown her hat in the ring seeking the mandate of her good people of SAGBAMA Constituency 3, Bayelsa State House of Assembly to be their voice in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly.
Tried and test, Ndiomu -Brown with excellent human relationship is the person the cap fits to wear the crown to represent the people of SAGBAMA Constituency 3, Bayelsa State House of Assembly having done well as the director general of Bayelsa State Tourism Commission, deputy chief of state to the immediate past governor without blemish. The people of Sagbama Consitutency 3 had better cast their votes for her if they want purposeful and responsible representation at the state hallow chambers. Having seen it all in the executive arm of governance, she will be coming to the house with all the experience geared from the executive branch to make the needed difference at the assembly.
