The occasion of the Interim Administrator of Presidential Amnesty Programme’s meeting with Niger Delta Monarchs at the Presidential Hotel, Port Harcourt. There were two events– the gala night on Wednesday 23rd and the meeting on Thursday 24th November 2022.
