…Says those are the kinds of leaders we need
Shehu Sani, a former legislator, has congratulated Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), for organizing his Monday campaign events in the states of Imo and Anambra.

The senator stated that only a courageous politician would schedule campaign rallies on a day when the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, observe a regional sit-in.
Sani expressed trust in Tinubu and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar’s tenacity, noting that the nation requires leaders who can stand up to terrorists, bandits, and separatists.
The PDP stalwart observed that Atiku and party supporters stood their ground in Kaduna when they were attacked by thugs during a campaign event.
Sani urged other presidential contenders to follow in Tinubu and Atiku’s footsteps.
Sani posted on Facebook, “We defied violence and armed thugs to hold Atiku’s rally in Kaduna.” They attacked, wounded, and disfigured us, but were unable to stop us.
“Jagaban is violating IPOB’s Monday sit-at-home policy by holding a protest in Anambra and Imo on the same day. Other contenders for president must follow suit. We require leaders with the fortitude to defy violent forces.
“Whoever wants to be commander in chief must demonstrate his qualifications.” We require courageous leaders who can confront terrorists, bandits, and separatists.
