All Progressives Congress Presidential Candidate, Asíwájú Bola Tinubu, has commiserated with former Kano State governor, Senator Kabiru Ibrahim Gaya, over the passing of his son, Sadiq.
Tinubu, in a statement by his Media Office on Thursday, said he was greatly saddened to learn of the untimely demise of Sadiq, the son of the Distinguished Senator representing Kano South District in the National Assembly, Senator Kabiru Ibrahim Gaya.
“Until his sad passing, Sadiq was a brilliant lawyer and charismatic figure whose discipline and thoughtfulness endeared him to many. Such a loss is no doubt a devastating blow.
“I send my personal heartfelt sympathies to Senator Gaya and the entire members of his family.
“May Allah grant them the fortitude and courage to cope with this painful loss. May He also forgive all of Sadiq’s shortcomings and reward his good deeds. Amin.”
