The Nigerian Broadcasting Commission,NBC has shut down the operations of African Independent Television,AIT,
Silverbird Television their radio stations and others for failure to renew their licenses.
NBC fine on TV Stations – Rescind decision now, says MRA
Director General of NBC Balarabe Shehu,, said he has directed all state branches of the commission to effect the shutdown of the offices of the affected stations..
In it’s reaction,the Nigerian Broadcasting Organisation,BON said it will step into the matter.
