The Social and Economic Rights Project,SERAP has called on the National Assembly to drop the National Water Bill now before it.
Ekiti election: SERAP sues INEC for failing to prosecute vote-buyers
The body made the call in it’s Tweeter handle Wednesday.
Failure to do this it stated will compel it to take the NASS to court.

We call on the leadership and members of @HouseNGR to immediately drop the illegal Water Resources bill, which makes it compulsory for Nigerians to obtain a permit before sinking a borehole in their homes.
We’ll see in court if this illegal bill is ever passed into law.
