Woman Leader, Kwara Central Senatorial chapter, Alhaja Tawa Agaka has commended the Coalition of Civil Society Organizations that organized last Thursday’s rally for the Kwara Central Senatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mallam Saliu Mustapha, saying the outing tallied with the thinking of the people of the zone.
Alhaja Agaka asserted that Kwara Central votes are for Saliu Mustapha and other candidates contesting on the ticket of the All Progressives Congress (APC)’ stating that they are people of competence and impeccable character.
The woman politician disclosed further that, the women folk under her Senatorial axis would vote en masse for Mallam Salisu Mustapha, the state Governor, Alhaji AbdurRahaman AbdurRazaq and APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, saying, “the entire population of women in my Senatorial district are solidly behind the trio.”
The above was the contribution of Alhaja Agaka at the rally last Thursda in Ilorin the state capital organised by a political organization, Razaq Kolade Olokoba (RKO) Network Groups to seek support for the three candidates in the 2023 election.
According to her, their pedigrees and antecedent are their intimidating credentials that quality them for the offices, agreeing that all of them are round pegs in round holes.
While declaring the event open, Founder and Convener, Comrade Razaq Kolade Olokoba, disclosed that main reason for the rally was to endorse and seek supports for three major candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in the state as mentioned by the Central Senatorial Woman Leader, Alhaja Agaka.
His words: “The three candidates, by our assessment and integrity test, are eminently qualified for the positions they are seeking mandate to occupy.”
It is on record that a renowned philanthropist cum politician, Mallam Saliu Mustapha has emerged the Kwara Central Senatorial District senatorial candidate on the ticket of the APC for the next year, 2023 general election just as AbdurRazaq aspires for a second term in office while Tinubu wants to serve Nigeria as President.
The renowned public analyst and political observer led the Razaq Kolade Olokoba (RKO), political Network Groups, the Kwara Central Volunteers for Saliu Mustapha Senatorial ambition and Coalition of several other Civil Society Groups to the Kwara Hotel for the well-attended occasion where dignitaries across the length and breath of the country and beyond were in attendance for solidarity and goodwill messages.
Present at the event at the Hall B of the Kwara State Hotel were; Director-General (DG), Saliu Mustapha Foundation, Adebayo Ambali, Alhaji Mahmud Turawa (APC senatorial Chairman Kwara Central District), Alhaja Tawa Agaka (APC Senatorial woman leader Kwara Central),Comrade Habeeb lawal (Ilorin East APC Party chairman), Mallam Sheu Yahaya (Asa LG APC party Chairman), Mallam Jaji: (Ilorin South APC party Chairman), Mallam Sulyman Tejidini (Ilorin West APC party Chairman) and Abdullahi Baba Gobir (APC Gambari ward 2) who also doubles as Chairman of chairmen throughout of Kwara state.
Also in attendance were; Representative of Tricycle Riders Prince Omotosho Shuaib, Representative Okada Rider, Abdulganiyu Ladan, Artian representative, Abdur-Razaq Saheed, Representative of Ojagboro Youth Development Association, Usman Sulaieman, representative of Balogun Gambari Development Association, Wasiu Adebayo, representative of Ilorin Development Progressive Union (IDPU), Mallam Imam Abdulraheem and Babapupa AbdulLateef who represented the students as well as Mrs Abiodun, who represented the People Living with Disability.
The rest included Mallam Nasiru Ubaidu representative of Hausa Community, Gambari branch in Ilorin East Local Government, Ajose Wa Okada Riders Association Ilorin East led by Mallam Yusuf Alabi, Iyaloja General, Alhaja Sidikat Akaje while the Igbo Community was led by Mazi Emeka Emmanuel and Eze Ndubisi.
