President Muhammadu Buhari is set to swear in the new Chief Justice of Nigeria after the resignation of Mohammed Tanko late Sunday.
Justice Olukayode Ariwoola who is the next most senior justice of the apex court will be sworn in at 2pm on Monday.
He will be serving in acting capacity before the appointment of a substantive Chief Justice of Nigeria.
