His Holiness Pope Francis has announced the creation of Cardinal Most Revd Peter Eberi Okpaleke as the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Ewkulobia.
This was announced by chancellor of the church,Lawrence Nwakwo in a statement Sunday
