Justice Emmanuel Ayoola of the Federal High Court Osogbo has declined jurisdiction over a suit filed by a faction of the All Progressive Congress in Osun.
The court, Wednesday morning said it has no jurisdiction over a matter challenging the Congress held by the faction of the party led by Governor Gboyega Oyetola.
