…A three bed room flat sells for N25. 5m in there
Years after feeding a section of Lagosians, Nosa Igiebor of Tell Magazine’s wife restaurant, King-size, is formally closed.
Though, the once upon a time very popular eatery that took root in the 1990s at Ogba Bus Stop under a huge umbrella as ‘mama put’ that caters for people in Ogba at night especially committee drivers, single men and night crawlers later moved to Opebi opposite the traffic light that connects Opebi to Oregun.

It was from there that it moved to Oregun, a shouting distance from the Lagos State owned welfare centre and became something else. It was so big and well patronised by Lagosians from all corners of the state that some idle minds once said she was using super natural power to attract clients.
Now, all that is in the past. She has closed the eatery and in it’s place an estate is springing up and selling fast for N25.5m per building.
To be known as King-size Estate, sources said it is selling fast because of its prime location to Ojota, Allen and Ikeja.
