The land crisis in Magodo took a new turn on Tuesday as the house of the SA Media to The Minister of Works and Housing, Mr Babatunde Raji Fashola, Mr Hakeem Belllo, in Magodo Phase 2 has been marked for demolition a few minutes ago!
It was Marked for “possession” on the purported orders of a Supreme Court judgement obtained by the Adeyigas and others against Lagos State.
That judgement (or writ of possession) has not been shown or cited as of now, even though the “markings” have gone unabated for two weeks.
