A Federal High Court in Abuja has on Monday said that Senator Andy Uba was not qualified to have stood election as the candidate of the All Progressive Congress in the November 6 governorship poll.
Justice Inyang Ekwo ruled that the APC indeed had no candidate in the election which was won by former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Prof Charles Soludo.
