Final notice of information memorandum for 3.5GHz ready-NCC

The Nigerian Communication Commission,NCC has published the final Information Memorandum(IM) for the auction of 3.5GHz spectrum band and compiled responses to stakeholders comments on the IM as part of the 5G technology Deployment Plan
This development was contained in a public notice Thursday by the NCC in exercise of it’s functions under the Nigerian Communications Act 2003(the Act).

PUBLIC NOTICE

…Publication of the final Information Memorandum (IM) for the auction of 3.5GHz spectrum band and compiled comments on the IM by the Nigerian Communications Commission.

The Nigerian Communications Commission in exercise of its functions under the Nigerian Communications Act 2003 (the Act) has published the Final Information Memorandum (IM) for the upcoming auction of the 3.5GHz spectrum band, and compiled responses to stakeholders’ comments on the IM as part of the 5G Technology Deployment Plan on November 10, 2021.

Stakeholders are by this notice invited to peruse these two documents indicating the Start Date of receipt of applications for the Auction. The documents are to be found on the Commission’s website at www.ncc.gov.ng. The attention of Stakeholders is drawn, particularly to Sections 1 (e), VII {(i) (ii), (v) (3) (c)} and XI (e) of the IM.

All applications to participate at the Auction must reach the Commission on or before Wednesday, November 24, 2021 and should be addressed to:
