Minister, Niger Delta Affairs Ministry, Senator Godswill Akpabio on Sunday joined Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, at the 61st Independence Anniversary Thanksgiving Service at the National Worship Center, Abuja.
