Gunmen suspected to be Boko Haram insurgents are currently attacking Babangida, headquarters of Tarmuwa local government area in Yobe State.
“A source disclosed that the insurgents are in a gun duel with the ground troops in the area.
“According to him, many residents have since scampered into the bush for safety,” the report said Sunday .
It quoted the source as saying: “We are currently in the bush running for our lives; I believe you can hear the sound of the gunshots.”
