The Federal Civil Service Commission is to begin a verification exercise of all officers employed in the country from 2013-2020.

This was contained in a circular sent to all Permanent Secretaries and head of extra ministerial agencies by the Director Recruitment and Appointment for the Chairman of the commission, Ibrahim H Anjugu.
According to the memo,the exercise will commence from September 9 and will take place across the six geo political zones of the country and the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
The circular noted that any officer who failed to turn up will have his or her salary stopped.
