The Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment, Abuja, has affirmed that the trade mark of Creative Industry Group belongs to Mr. Felix Duke and not Mr. Pretty Okafor. This puts to an end the claim and counter claim by both musicians as the true owner.
Okafor is the president of Preferring Musicians Employers Association (PMAN) while Duke is the president of CIG. The letter was signed by U. A. Idris for Register of Trademarks
