The ruling All Progressives Congress,APC, has announced the postponement of it’s national Congress scheduled to take place in October this year.
The postponement,was contained in a letter sent to the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission,INEC dated July 6th and signed by the National Chairman of the Caretaker/Extra ordinary Convention Planning Committee(CEPC) headed by Governor of Yobe state,Mai Mala Buni and Senator John Akpoduede,National secretary of the Committee.
No date was however fixed for the convention.

It will be recalled that the National Convention was earlier fixed for October this year after a meeting by the committee with President Muhammadu Buhari.
