At least twelve people have been killed in an attack by unknown gunmen who stormed the Kuru community in Plateau State on Sunday night.
It was gathered that the gunmen suspected to be Fulani militiamen in Kuru Community, launched the attack around 9 pm when residents were already indoor.
It was also gathered that five persons sustained various degrees of injuries and have been taken to an undisclosed hospital for treatment.
However, as of the time of filing this report, the police spokesperson in the state, Gabriel Ubah, is yet to issue any official statement.
