Like the Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC), did to Musical Society of Nigeria (MCSN) some years ago, the police has at last raided Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON), in respond to misappropriation allegation level against the chairman of the society chief Tony Okoroji.
Report reaching Empressive Naija says that the police from the force Headquarter Abuja stormed COSON and arrested some top staff members of the Commission.

However, Okoroji’s whereabouts is unknown. While people said he is somewhere in Nigeria, others said he is still in America recuperating from unknown illness.
His lawyers said this morning that he is still indisposed and can not come out immediately
Acoording to an inside source, the COSON general manager, Bernice Eriemeghe, fainted in police custody when the charges were presented by to her.
