United Bank for Africa (UBA), Nigeria’s leading bank has announced that a final dividend of N0.35 for every ordinary share of 50 kobo each will be paid electronically on Thursday, April 1, 2021to shareholders whosep names appear on the Register of Members as at close of business on Friday, March 19, 2021.
UBA in a notice at the Nigerian Stock Exchnage said the dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, March 19, 2021.
It said the Bank’s Register of Members will be closed from Monday, March 22, 2021 to Friday, March 26, 2021 to enable the Registrars prepare for payment of final dividend.
