According to Chux Akunna, President Mohammadu Buhari has changed Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), a record five times since he came to power in 2015.
They are sa follow: Dan Abia; Ibim Seminitari; Nelson Braimbaifa; Joi Nunieh; Keme Pondei and Effiong Akwa.
He has also appointhre three for Niger Delta Amnesty namely Paul Boroh; Charles Dokubo and Milland Dikio.
Yet has refused to change his security chiefs.
