Oba Akindele joins ancestors

Another Egba Monach, Oba Mufutau Akindele, has joined his ancestors.
Until his death,he was the Olu of Oke-Odo,Ilupeju in Abeokuta,the Ogun state capital.
He died Monday July 5.
The news of his transition of the Olu, popularly known as Mayas was announced by the Balogun of Oke-Odo Ilupeju, Chief Ayo Biobaku.
The transitioned Monarch, was a close friend of the late Alakija, Oba Samusudeen Afolabi Ayorinde, who was buried in Abeokuta on Sunday.
Oba Mufutau Akindele was 90 years old.
The late Oba Muftau Akindele is laid to rest at 10am Monday, at his residence, off Ayetoro Road, near Rounda, Abeokuta.
He is survived by many wives,children and grand children.
