Former Governor of Ogun State, Gbenga Daniel, on Tuesday lamented what he called multiple deaths in the nation and called for fervent prayers.
This he said is coming closely with the death Tuesday of his younger brother, a 56 year old Provost .
The former Governor also reported the killing of one of the drivers in his pool allegedly by a hit and run driver.
NPOreports quoted the ex governor as saying in his tweet titled “A Season of Deaths: Call for Prayers” Daniel said
“The last few days have been a season of deaths and we pray that God should rise up for the nation and put an end to these untimely transitions.
“This morning the cold hands of death took away my blood brother.
Toyin joined our pool of Drivers during the Atiku Presidential Campaign and was retained and has since been working with us.
In the last three days alone I have had to share condolences on other close personalities to the family including Pastor (Mrs) Ibidun IGHODALO
