The office of the Accountant General of the Federation has been gutted by fire this morning.
As at the time of filing this report it was not clear what caused the fire.
NPO Reports that the fire started from about the 4th floor of the building with flames oozing out from the sides.
The incident has been confirmed by the Nigerian Federal Service. The service in a tweet on its handle wrote: “Just in: our men just turned out to put out a fire at the Accountant General’s Office.
