…But asks why the statement authorising the release not signed
National secretary of Afenifere,Yoruba socio political group,Abagun Kole Omololu has praised the President Muhammad Buhari for the release of special intervention fund for Lagos but curious why the statement authorising the release was not signed.
In a press statement late on Thursday signed by the secretary with the seal of the President,he wondered why it was not signed.
Text of the statement reads:
Re- Presidential update on Covid-19 Response.

The press release dated March 26 2020 detailing the the current activities of the Federal government where it was announced that N10bn has been released to the Lagos state government and N5bn to the NCDC as Grant’s plus all other measures of capable controlling this scourge of Corona Virus in our dear country is a welcome development.
However, and curiously, the said release which carry the seal of the president and the commander in chief of the armed forces of the federal republic of Nigeria is unsigned by Mr President. Do we then take this release as fake and not authentic?
Is this lapse not an embarrassment on Nigeria citizens?
We have been made to understand that the President is hail and hearthy by testing negative to the coronavirus which gladden our hearts. Why then was this release not signed by him. ?
