The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos today (25-3-2020) struck out the name COOYRIGHT SOCIETY OF NIGERIA LTD/GTE (COSON) from the register of companies. The judgment was in a suit filed by the Musical Copyright Society Nigeria Ltd/Gte since 2009.
