Sabian Sci-Tech enters Nigeria’s power sector

Sanbian Sci-Tech Co, Ltd, a Chinese multinational manufacturer of Power equipments has decided to pitch her tent in the Power sector in Nigeria bringing over 45 years of experience in the Power transmission and transformation industry worldwide, along.
According to the Chairman of Afrique Pioneer Limited, the representative of Sanbian Sci-Tech in Nigeria, Mr. Adebayo Ojo, “Sanbian is one of the ten topmost Power Station, Combined Substation and Transformer manufacturers in China. After a lot of researches in Africa, they have chosen Nigeria as one of the countries where their 45 years of experience in manufacturing first class products will be mutually beneficial”.
The company’s main products include 500KV transformers and below, in many categories like Oil-immersed Power Transformers, Resin-Casting air-insulated Dry-Type Transformers. Others include Anti-Corrosion Petrochemical Special Transformers, Wind Power Combined Transformers and the Amorphous Alloy Transformers.
Speaking further, Mr. Adebayo Ojo said; “ Over twelve categories of Sanbian products and services have passed International Standard Organisation’s (ISO) quality system Certifications and that the company readily offer guarantee of up to 30 years for some of their products and services especially the Power and Distribution Transformers and Substations”.
“Our arrangements are that most of the equipments that are needed to increase power output in Nigeria will eventually be manufactured locally, starting with assemblage, thereby creating employment and also contributing to transfer of technical Know-how and transfer of technology” Adebayo told reporters.
