A Federal Capital Territory High Court, Abuja has suspended Adams Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Justice Danladi Senchi ordered the suspension on Tuesday.
Mr Senchi said Mr Oshiomhole should remain suspended pending the determination of the susstantive suit seeking his perpetual removal as chairman of the party.
