The bitter war of acrimony between political rivals in Edo State got worsened yesterday with the sealing up of hotel belonging to Comrade Eriyo Osakpamwan, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) faction, opposed to Governor Godwin Obaseki’s camp.
Obaseki, has been engulfed in serious political battle with his predecessor, Adams Oshiohmole, now the National Chairman of the APC, which has touched virtually all aspects of the state political structure, including the House of Assembly, which has been torn along the two camps.
The latest is the second time in recent times the governor would be taking such a step, after the initial sealing which lasted for several weeks before it was reopened after paying what is believed to be outrageous fees.
The development, which is raising a lot of dust is coming barely 48hrs after demolitioning a popular hotel owned by Edo big boy, Tony .
