Isiaka, in a statement signed by his media side,Femi Peters released on Tuesday said the killings have become rampant in the border communities within Ogun West senatorial district of the State.

“My attention has been drawn to the killing of three students of Ojumo Community High School, Ihunbo in Ipokia local Government area. I am also aware that some other students and market women who went about their daily business suffered varying levels of injuries.

“It is discomforting to know that this avoidable incident was agaim caused by men of the Nigerian Customs Service; which is one too many. Before this incident, the Customs operatives have become notorious for brutalizing and killing our people, especially those living in border communities on avoidable circumstances”.

GNI however appealed to the residents of the Ihunbo community and other residents of the local government area to remain calm while justice is pursued in the case.

He prayed Almighty Allah to grant the soul of the departed students eternal repose, comfort their families, the people of Ihunbo community and the entire Ipokia local government area.
