Special Assistant to Delta State Governor on Special Duties( media) and Nigeria youth Ambassador, Mr Ossai Ovie Success, has described Delta State as prosperous state noting that Delta at 28 is worth Celebrating.
The youngest Political appointee in Nigeria Ossai who was appointed by Governor Okowa at the age of 23 and 27 respectively said this today in Asaba while speaking to newsmen on Delta at 28 which was created on August 27th 1991 out of former Bendel State.
Ossai said that Delta state as at today ranked the most peaceful state in Nigeria.
He said: ” I am proud to be a Deltan and to celebrate Delta State at 28.
Delta State as state has witnessed recorded turn arounds and huge progress in her socio- economic and political strides.
God has been faithful to our People and there is need for us to give thanks to God by Celebrating our Dear State.
He added that the State Governor, Sen Ifeanyi Okowa, has made Deltans proud with his developmental strides.

‘Our past heroes and present leaders have all done well” he declared.
We must commend the Delta State Governor Sen Ifeanyi Okowa for not disappointing our People.
Governor Okowa in the past years has brought tremendous developments to Delta State.
This is as a result of the support by Deltans over the years which has made Delta State a peaceful state” he said while Congratulating Deltans .
