Edi Okri brings World Fest to Nigeria

Edi Okri, the CEO of Krizons Cuisine, has announced his plan to stage food and music festival code named World Fest, December 13 to 15 in Lagos.

The fest which will holds at the Tafawa Balewa Square he said will attract artistes and food vendors from all over the world with Nigerian A-list musicians expected to play prominent roles.
According to him, the Nigerian edition of the fest has been in the works since 2013 but because of what he called the Nigerian system, it has not held. He also disclosed that he has held a similar festival in America where he dreamed up the idea.
Okri disclosed all these yesterday while speaking to the media.

However when reminded that the month of December is usually a month of festivities, he said his will stand out because of the calibre of artistes it will parade.
“No doubt that December is a month of celebration, but the calibre of artistes that we will feature will make us stand out.
We are bringing in A-list stars from around the world including Nigeria,” he said.
He also called on corporate Nigeria to come on board as sponsors.
