He is Ibrahim, a 20years old Fulani boy with two wives and 2 children and no education whatsoever.
He is responsible for almost all the kidnappings and various attacks along Abuja/ Kaduna road. They are syndicate of between 5 and 10 people and got their weapons from Niger Republic, at between #700 -#900k.
On each operation ,they get between #1m to #10 million and even more in some cases.
If you are kidnapped and your people bring money, you’ll be released otherwise you’ll be killed.
Some Yorubas were kidnapped and raped by his own boys, though he’s not happy about it.
He normally drink part of the his victims’ blood as advised by his officer friend and confirmed by his Mallam so as not to go mad and also serves as antidote against being arrested.
He killed an elderly man who claimed he had no money and forgot to lick the old man’s blood.
Now most of his boys are under arrest and he is pleading for clemency from the govt and that he’ll not go to crime again if released.
