Appeal Court has reinstated Governor Gboyega Oyetola as duly elected governor of Osun state.
Election Petition Tribunal had nullified Victory of Oyetola declaring Senator Ademola Adeleke as the winner of Osun Governorship election.
However, Appeal Court in today’s Judgement ruled in favour of Oyetola.
