Contrary to the rumour making the rounds that the result of this year’s Universal Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) has been released, the spokesman of the Joint Admission Matriculation Board(JAMB), Fabian Benjamin, has revealed that the story is not correct.
Speaking with journalists on Sunday April 21, 2019, Benjamin said that the results would be released next week after thorough verifications from the various examination centres where about 1.2million candidates sat for the exam from April 11-18, 2019.
